৫. অর্ডার গ্রহণ

অর্ডার গ্রহণ পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা ও যাচাইয়ের উপর নির্ভরশীল।

নিম্নোক্ত কারণে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে—

৬. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

ডেলিভারির সময় স্থান ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের ওপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। কুরিয়ার, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অন্য কোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে বিলম্ব হলে তার জন্য আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

৭. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্রহণযোগ্য—

• ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হলে
• ভুল পণ্য সরবরাহ করা হলে
• পণ্যে ত্রুটি পাওয়া গেলে

ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে এবং আনবক্সিং ভিডিও প্রদান করতে হবে।

৮. গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব

গ্রাহককে সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে হবে এবং ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য গ্রহণের ব্যবস্থা রাখতে হবে।

৯. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম

ব্যবহারকারী নিম্নোক্ত কাজ করতে পারবেন না—

• প্রতারণামূলক বা বেআইনি উদ্দেশ্যে ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার
